What You Will Do

1.    Global Capacity Governance: Lead standardized global generic machines and footprint capacity planning, review cadence, loading analysis, and constraint management across TIS plants.
   

2.    Capacity Data & Digital Visibility: Maintain reliable capacity master data and use digital tools to improve transparency, reporting efficiency, and decision quality.
   

3.    Demand, Scenario & Footprint Planning: Translate 1–5-year long term demand, NPI/product transfer, and footprint requirements into capacity scenarios, investment needs, and network recommendations.
   

4.    Risk Mitigation & Execution Support: Drive cross-functional actions to address global generic machines and footprint capacity shortages, supply constraints, loading imbalance, and customer delivery risks.
   

5.    Supply Chain Capability Improvement: Partner with plants to strengthen planning &materials management execution, issue management, governance routines/process, and end-to-end supply execution capability build.
   

6.    Executive Communication: Provide concise leading KPI/Metrics, risk assessments, action tracking, and leadership escalation to enable fact-based decisions.
   

7.    Process Standardization & Project Leadership: Standardize global capacity processes and lead strategic projects in TIS that improve supply chain execution and manufacturing network competitiveness.
   

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 8+ years in supply chain, capacity planning, manufacturing planning, or operations planning.

• Experience in multi-plant capacity management, digital reporting, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution improvement.

• Strong analytical capability and digital tool usage, including Excel, Power BI, and capacity planning tools.

• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and executive-level message development.

• Proven leadership in cross-plant alignment, escalation management, ownership, and supply risk resolution.

• Ability to drive process standardization, change management, and supply chain capability improvement across multiple sites.

• Willingness to travel globally as needed and deliver results with ownership, urgency, and resilience.

• Strong leadership to motivate and develop employee’s success as supervisor
